The invention discloses a hanging basket fixing device which comprises two horizontally-arranged hanging beams, the middles of the hanging beams are located in mounting holes of a wall body, the first ends of the hanging beams are hung on the inner side of the wall body and fixedly connected with the wall body through fixing mechanisms, the second ends of the hanging beams are hung on the outer side of the wall body, and the hanging beams are of a tubular structure. Steel wire ropes used for hanging the hanging basket are arranged in the two hanging beams, limiting mechanisms used for fixing the steel wire ropes are arranged at the first ends, and the steel wire ropes extend out of the hanging beams from the second ends. In the hanging basket fixing device, the hanging beam is arranged in the mounting hole of the wall body, and the wall body plays a role in supporting the hanging beam. The first end of the hanging beam is fixedly connected with the wall through the fixing mechanism, the counterweight effect is achieved, therefore, counterweight movement cannot happen in the working process of the hanging basket fixing device, and the safety of hanging basket fixing is improved.
