Concrete formwork demolding structure and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete pouring construction, in particular to a concrete formwork demolding structure and a construction method corresponding to the demolding structure. The demolding structure sequentially comprises concrete, an isolation layer, a bubble layer and a formwork from inside to outside. The isolation layer is arranged between the bubble layer and the concrete, and adhesion between the concrete and the bubble layer is avoided; a plurality of bubbles are flatly laid on the inner surface of the formwork to form the bubble layer, and when concrete is poured, the volume of the bubbles is reduced due to pressure, and wrinkles are formed on the surface. The pressure of the concrete can press the isolation layer on the bubble layer, and bubbles of the bubble layer can form concave-convex marks on the surface of the concrete to improve the roughness of the surface of the concrete; meanwhile, the volume of the bubbles is shrunk under pressure, wrinkles are formed on the surface, the wrinkles can also form indentations on the surface of the concrete, and the surface roughness of the concrete is further improved. Bubbles expand to separate the formwork from concrete during formwork removal, so that damage to the concrete by using a crow bar for formwork removal is avoided.
