The invention discloses an earthquake-damaged coupling beam reinforcing structure with a monitoring function and a reinforcing method thereof. The reinforcing structure comprises a reinforcing structure body and a monitoring assembly installed on the reinforcing structure and used for monitoring, wherein the reinforcing structure body comprises a first supporting component, a second supporting component and a connecting component, the first supporting component can be installed below an earthquake-damaged coupling beam and used for supporting the earthquake-damaged coupling beam before being cut off, the second supporting component can be installed on the earthquake-damaged coupling beam and used for replacing an earthquake-damaged section, and the connecting component is used for connecting the first supporting component and the second supporting component; the method comprises steps that the first supporting component is installed; the earthquake-damaged section of the earthquake-damaged coupling beam is cut off; the second supporting component is mounted; the connecting component is mounted; the whole reinforcing structure provided by the invention can be monitored in real time and has good anti-seismic performance; and the reinforcing method is simple in overall process and high in safety.
