Self-growing nano ettringite fiber toughening agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a self-growing nano ettringite fiber toughening agent which is prepared from sulphoaluminate cement clinker, a gypsum raw material and a calcium oxide raw material in a mass ratio of 1: (1.0-3.1): (0.05-0.5), or prepared from sulphoaluminate cement, a gypsum raw material and a calcium oxide raw material in a mass ratio of 1: (0.4-1.6): (0.03-0.3). The toughening agent provided by the invention can be used together with cement to prepare concrete, mortar and cement products. After the toughening agent encounters water, nanofibers self-growing in concrete can play a role in toughening a cement matrix. The problem that toughening fibers in traditional fiber concrete agglomerate and are not uniformly dispersed in the concrete can be solved. The toughening agent and a hydration product are combined more tightly and better adhered, so that the toughening effect is better.
