The invention discloses a full-interchange or half-interchange efficient passing device for assisting turning around of an elevated frame to eliminate a left-turn lane. The full-interchange or half-interchange efficient passing device comprises a main trunk road overpass or a main trunk road straight passing area and an interchange turning-around channel. According to the invention, the auxiliary viaducts erected at the ports of the intersection turn around, and a special left-turn lane and special left-turn time of the intersection are eliminated according to the steps of right turning, auxiliary viaduct turn-around and straight going or straight going, auxiliary viaduct turn-around and right turning; the main trunk road interchange or the main trunk road level crossing signal lamp is used for controlling in-turn straight movement to realize full-interchange or half-interchange passage (the signal lamp only controls straight movement), and the interchange U-turn channel eliminates the most important left-turn ramp at the three-dimensional intersection through a short auxiliary elevated structure.
