The method comprises the following steps that S101, a foundation is reinforced by adopting a permeation grouting method; S102, the original ground of an ancient building is paved, and the foundation is dismantled; S103, concrete is poured on a circle of the periphery of the ancient building, scaffolds are supported, and the scaffolds inside and outside the ancient building are built; S104, jacks are placed on the two sides of the ancient building stand columns correspondingly and act on the lower portions of the wood beams to conduct upward jacking; in the jacking process, the inclination height difference is corrected; when the tops of the stand columns leave the ground by 8 centimeters, jacking is stopped; S105, a foundation is expanded on the periphery of each stand column; and S106, after concrete curing expires, the jack and the scaffold are removed, and the original shape is restored. The method is advantaged in that steps are matched in sequence, the process is simple, operation is convenient, damage to the historic building is small, and the appearance of the historic building cannot be affected.
