The invention relates to a building component, in particular to a building wall connecting seat and a building wall connecting seat mounting structure which are convenient to disassemble and save time and labor. The building wall connecting seat comprises a connecting base, the interior of the connecting base is of a cavity structure, a vertically-arranged rotating shaft is arranged in the cavity of the connecting base, a transmission plate is arranged on the rotating shaft, a limiting column is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft, the top end of the limiting column is of a cone structure, the limiting column is connected with the connecting base through a spring, and a through hole matched with the limiting column is formed in the connecting base; and a limiting structure is arranged at the top end of the rotating shaft and used for avoiding rotation of the rotating shaft caused by spring-back of the limiting column due to spring-back of the spring. By rotating the rotating shaft, the transmission plate is further driven to rotate, so that the transmission plate abuts against the limiting column and pushes the limiting column to extend into a fixing block, fixing of the connecting base and the wall body is achieved, mounting and dismounting are convenient, and the phenomena that due to the fact that multiple bolts are used for fixing, thread slipping occurs, dismounting is difficult, and time is wasted are avoided.
本发明涉及建筑构件,具体是一种拆卸方便、省时省力的建筑墙体连接座和建筑墙体连接座安装结构。包括连接座,连接座的内部为空腔结构,连接座的空腔内设置有竖直布置的转轴,转轴上设置有传动板,转轴的一侧设置有限位柱,限位柱的顶端为圆锥体结构,限位柱通过弹簧与连接座连接,连接座上设置有与限位柱相适应的通孔,转轴的顶端设置有限位结构,限位结构用于避免因弹簧回弹导致限位柱回弹进而导致的转轴的回转。本发明通过转动转轴,进而带动传动板转动,使得传动板抵住限位柱,推动限位柱伸入固定块的内部,实现连接座与墙体的固定,安装拆卸方便,避免因使用多根螺栓固定而发生滑丝、拆卸困难和浪费时间。
