The prefabricated wall structure comprises a wall body, a main body structure, a first preset assembly and a second preset assembly; the first preset assembly comprises a first preset part, a second preset part and a third preset part; the first preset part, the second preset part and the third preset part are sequentially connected, and one end of the first preset part is arranged in the wall body; one end of the third preset part is arranged in the main body structure; the second preset assembly comprises a corner connector, a fourth connecting rib and a fifth connecting rib; one included angle surface of the corner connector is connected with the main body structure, and the other included angle surface of the corner connector is connected with the prefabricated wall; and the fourth connecting rib is arranged in the main body structure, and the fourth connecting rib and the fifth connecting rib are respectively connected with the corner connector. The problems that in an image set method, wall plate manufacturing is complex, field error remedy is difficult, and node installation difficulty is large are solved, and the prefabricated wall structure has the advantages of being simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
