The opening and closing type support comprises a supporting seat, the supporting seat comprises a base plate and a supporting plate arranged on the base plate, an avoiding groove is formed in the supporting plate, and first sleeves are arranged at the two opposite ends of the avoiding groove respectively; at least one pair of limiting folded plates, the limiting folded plates are provided with at least one second sleeve, the paired limiting folded plates are arranged on the two opposite sides of the supporting plate respectively, and an elastic piece penetrating through the avoiding groove is arranged between the limiting folded plates; an adapter shaft which is connected with the first sleeve and the second sleeve in a sleeved mode so that the limiting folded plate can rotate relative to the base plate. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the opening and closing type support can be matched with the limiting structure arranged on the roof panel to limit the roof panel on the roof purline, so that the roof panel has good wind resistance, and the limiting folded plate on the opening and closing type support can be in two states so as to be conveniently mounted with the roof panel.
