The intelligent lock cylinder comprises a lock shell, a cam, an electronic lock mechanism and a mechanical lock mechanism; the electronic lock mechanism and the mechanical lock mechanism are arranged at the two ends of the lock shell respectively, the cam is arranged on the lock shell and located between the electronic lock mechanism and the mechanical lock mechanism, and the cam can execute unlocking and locking actions; the mechanical lock mechanism comprises an idling cylinder and an idling lock cylinder assembly, the idling cylinder is matched with the cam in a rotation stopping mode, the idling lock cylinder assembly is arranged at the end, away from the cam, of the idling cylinder, the idling lock cylinder assembly is matched with the idling cylinder in a clutch mode, and when the idling lock cylinder assembly is not matched with a correct key, the idling lock cylinder assembly can idle relative to the idling cylinder; and the electronic lock mechanism is matched with the cam in a rotation stopping mode, and when the electronic lock mechanism receives an unlocking signal, the electronic lock mechanism can be directly matched with the idling lock cylinder assembly in a rotation stopping mode. The intelligent lock cylinder integrates electronic and mechanical key unlocking functions, and is high in reliability, compact in structure and small in occupied space.
