The invention discloses a safe case based on an application access safety control system, wherein the safe case comprises a case body, an alarm, a motor, a lamp body and a second door body; a screw sleeve and a screw rod are arranged at the lower end of the case body, the screw rod is arranged on the outer side of the screw sleeve, the front side of the case body is movably connected with a first door body, and a protective cover is arranged at the upper end of the case body; and the second door body is arranged in the case body, the upper portion and the lower portion of the second door body are rotationally connected with rail wheels, the rail wheels make contact with rail frames, and the rail frames are arranged on the inner wall of the case body. According to the safe case based on the application access safety control system, the case body is provided with the first door body and the second door body, even if a lawless person opens the first door body, the lawless person still needs to input a password through an operation panel, confirms the input password through a fingerprint determination area in a fingerprint identification mode, and performs authority authentication on opening of the case body, and the second door body can be normally opened only when the two identification modes meet the conditions.
