The invention provides a frameless glass door. The frameless glass door comprises a glass plate and a rectangular frame bonded to a lower portion of the glass plate, wherein the rectangular frame comprises four side frames connected end to end and L-shaped corner connectors arranged among the side frames; any two frames are connected with each other through the L-shaped corner connectors; two sides of the L-shaped corner connector are respectively inserted into the two adjacent frames and are bonded with the two adjacent frames; the outer side edges of the four frames all extend upwards to form rectangular safe edges, and the glass plate is located in an area defined by the rectangular safe edges; a fan-shaped cylinder is integrally formed at a vertex angle of the L-shaped corner connector, and an arc face of the fan-shaped cylinder is connected and tangent to outer side faces of the two adjacent frames. The invention further provides a method for manufacturing the frameless glass door.
