Preparation method for firing Portland cement clinker by using sludge incineration ash
The invention relates to the technical field of cement, in particular to a preparation method for firing Portland cement clinker by using sludge incineration ash. The cement clinker is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 80-85wt% of limestone, 3.5-4.5wt% of high-silicon clay, 7.5-8.5wt% of low-silicon clay and 3-6wt% of an iron correction material, wherein the iron correction material is obtained by compounding 60wt% of sludge incineration ash and 40wt% of iron oxide powder. The sludge incineration ash is collected by an electrostatic dust removal system and a cyclone dust removal system in the sludge incineration flue gas purification process. According to the invention, the cement clinker is prepared by using the sludge incineration ash generated by municipal sewage treatment as the iron correction material, so that on the one hand, the cement clinker which meets the national standard requirement and has excellent performance is prepared at a lower calcination temperature, energy is saved, and the realization of a dual-carbon target is facilitated; and on the other hand, technical support is provided for cooperatively treating the municipal wastewater sludge incineration ash residues by using the cement kiln, promoting municipal sludge reduction and recycling the sludge incineration ash residues.
本发明涉及水泥技术领域,具体涉及一种利用污泥焚烧灰渣烧制硅酸盐水泥熟料的制备方法。所述水泥熟料的原料包括80~85wt%的石灰石,3.5~4.5wt%的高硅黏土,7.5~8.5wt%的低硅黏土,以及3~6wt%的铁质校正料。其中,铁质校正料由60wt%的污泥焚烧灰渣与40wt%的氧化铁粉复配得到。所述污泥焚烧灰渣由污泥焚烧烟气净化过程中的静电除尘和旋风除尘系统收集而来。本发明利用城市污水处置产生的污泥焚烧灰渣作为铁质校正料制备水泥熟料,一方面以较低的煅烧温度制备出了满足国家标准要求的性能优良的水泥熟料,节约能源,有助于“双碳”目标的实现;另一方面为利用水泥窑协同处理城市废水污泥焚烧灰渣,促进城市污泥减量化和污泥焚烧灰渣资源化利用提供了技术支持。
