The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials according to the ratio, adding water into a reaction kettle, stirring while heating, and gradually adding aluminum sulfate; after the temperature is controlled to be 55-65 DEG C, sequentially adding magnesium sulfate and calcium formate according to metering every 5-8 min, and carrying out continuous stirring reaction for 1.5-2 h; and naturally cooling to normal temperature, adding urea, the modified regulator and diethanol amine, stirring for 20-30 minutes, and controlling the pH value of the accelerator solution to be 2.5-3, thereby obtaining the finished liquid concrete accelerator. The finished product is transparent and uniform liquid, the density is 1.15 g/cm < 3 >1.2 g/cm < 3 >, and the alkali-aggregate reaction risk of the concrete can be greatly reduced; and all the raw materials do not contain chloride ions, fluorine ions and sodium ions, and erosion of the raw materials to the reinforced concrete is reduced.
