The invention discloses a method for controlling slow release of an anti-freezing agent through film wrapping, and belongs to the technical field of additives for functional concrete. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing an anti-freezing agent into a solution with the mass fraction of 25-35%; crushing porous ceramsite of which the particle size is 0.8-1cm until the particle size is 0.4-0.5 cm; immersing the crushed ceramsite in an anti-freezing agent solution to be adsorbed for 4.5-5.5 h; then drying; mixing epoxy resin and a curing agent according to the proportion of 3: 1 and stirring to be transparent and free of wire drawing; and coating the surface of the dried ceramsite with an epoxy resin mixture, and curing at 100-120 DEG C for 1.5-2.5 h to obtain the final anti-freezing agent with slow release performance. According to the invention, the effect of controlling the slow release of the anti-freezing agent can be achieved; the anti-freezing agent has a good anti-freezing function after being doped into asphaltic sand, and the asphaltic sand does not freeze after being placed in an environment of-5 DEG C for 2 hours.
本发明公开了一种通过薄膜包裹控制抗凝冰剂缓释的方法,属于功能性混凝土用外加剂技术领域;是先将抗凝冰剂配置成质量分数为25‑35%的溶液;将粒径为0.8~1cm的多孔陶粒进行破碎至粒径在0.4~0.5cm;将破碎后的陶粒浸没在抗凝冰剂溶液里吸附4.5‑5.5h;之后烘干;采用环氧树脂和固化剂以3:1的比例进行混合,搅拌至透明无拉丝状;将环氧树脂混合物包裹在干燥后的陶粒表面,在100‑120℃下固化1.5‑2.5h,即获得最终具有缓释性能的抗凝冰剂;将本发明能够起到控制抗凝冰剂缓释的效果;掺入沥青砂中,具有良好的抗结冰功能,放置在‑5℃环境下2小时沥青砂无结冰现象。
