Electric heating and heat preservation integrated plate and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an electric heating and heat preservation integrated plate and a preparation method thereof. The integrated plate is made of raw material compositions of the electric heating and heat preservation plate and comprises an electric heating layer and a heat preservation layer which are integrated. The raw material composition of the electric heating layer comprises 5-30% of spherical graphite tailings, 15-35% of cement and 45-85% of fine aggregate; and the raw material composition of the heat preservation layer comprises 20-90% of waste rock and/or graphite tailings, 20-80% of a clay substance and 1-5% of a foaming agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ball-milling mixing on the waste rock and/or graphite tailings, the clay substance and the foaming agent to obtain a heat preservation layer raw material, and carrying out sintering molding to obtain the heat preservation layer; and mixing the graphite tailings, the cement, the fine aggregate and the water to obtain slurry, coating the surface of the heat preservation layer with the slurry, and drying to obtain the electric heating and heat preservation integrated plate . According to the method, the multifunctional integrated building plate is comprehensively prepared from multi-source solid waste produced by graphite mining, and comprehensive utilization of the waste produced by graphite mining is achieved.
本发明提供了一种电热保温一体化板材及其制备方法。该一体化板材是通过电热保温板材的原料组合物制成的,包括一体化的电热层和保温层;电热层原料组合物包括球形石墨尾料5‑30%,水泥15‑35%,细骨料45‑85%;保温层原料组合物包括废石和/或石墨尾矿20‑90%,粘土物质20‑80%,发泡剂1‑5%。上述制备方法包括:将废石和/或石墨尾矿、粘土物质、发泡剂球磨混合,得到保温层原料,烧结成型,得到保温层;将石墨尾料、水泥、细骨料与水混合得到浆料,将该浆料涂布在保温层的表面,干燥,得到电热保温一体化板材。本发明利用石墨开采的多源固废综合制备多功能一体化建筑板材,实现了对于石墨开采废弃物的综合利用。
