Masonry mortar capable of being pneumatically conveyed
The invention provides masonry mortar capable of being pneumatically conveyed, which is formed by mixing premixed dry-mixed masonry mortar and water; wherein the premixed dry-mixed masonry mortar comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 12%-18% of cement, 16%-24% of powder, 56%-66% of 0-1.2 mm machine-made sand, 0-16% of 1.2-2.4 mm machine-made sand, 0.03%-0.055% of cellulose ether, 0.005%-0.015% of starch ether and 0.05%-0.1% of rubber powder, and the water addition amount during mixing is 15%-18%. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: crushing high-purity limestone to obtain machine-made sand; respectively and accurately weighing the required contents of all the components to prepare the premixed dry-mixed masonry mortar; and uniformly mixing the premixed dry-mixed masonry mortar and water with a corresponding water adding amount to obtain the finished mortar. Compared with the prior art, high-quality machine-made sand is used, and grading can be well regulated and controlled; besides, high-floor pneumatic conveying can be effectively carried out on materials, wherein the materials are not separated or layered in the conveying process, raised dust is avoided, and waste water generated when traditional pumping equipment is used for conveying is not generated.
