Multifunctional glass fiber cloth plasterboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a multifunctional glass fiber cloth plasterboard. A middle base layer of the plasterboard is made of building gypsum; and two surfaces of the middle base layer are formed by glass fiber surfaces, and one of the glass fiber surfaces is provided with a waterproof layer and a flame-retardant layer. The preparation method of the multifunctional glass fiber cloth plasterboard comprises the following steps: mixing 1000 parts of semi-hydrated gypsum powder, 600-700 parts of water, 30-45 parts of silicone oil, 25-35 parts of glass fibers, 20-35 parts of a seed crystal and 15-30 parts of cement in a stirrer to from slurry, and adjusting the pH value of the slurry to 6-10; uniformly paving the slurry in the middle of the glass fiber surfaces, and carrying out vibrating to enable the slurry to be more uniform; and conducting molding, forming a template, and successively carrying out cutting, drying and trimming to form the multifunctional glass fiber cloth plasterboard. The plasterboard has fireproof performance, has the advantages of water resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, sagging resistance, capability of bearing heavy objects and cracking resistance, and can be directly applied to outer walls and roofs of makeshift houses.
