The method comprises the steps of preparing the following raw materials by weight: 22-43 parts of boron carbide powder, 9-15 parts of graphene, 12-22 parts of ethanol, 4-8 parts of a dispersant, 2-9 parts of wear-resistant powder, and 5-11 parts of an anti-erosion agent, wherein the wear-resistant powder comprises silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, nano thorium dioxide, dialkyl dithiophosphate oxymolybdenum sulfide and zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, and the anti-erosion agent comprises zirconium dioxide and magnesium oxide. According to the invention, the self-made wear-resistant powder is fused into the preparation of the plugboard so as to enable the prepared plugboard to have higher wear resistance and is prevented from being worn, and the self-made anti-erosion agent is combined with the material for preparing the plugboard, so that the prepared plugboard has good anti-erosion performance, and the service life of the plugboard is prolonged.
