High-density anti-scouring ceramic-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-density anti-scouring ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: forming a carbon interface layer on a fiber preform; performing high-temperature graphitization treatment; carrying out early-stage densification treatment; carrying out trepanning treatment; carrying out later densification treatment; and forming an anti-scouring ceramic coating on a densified composite material. The invention also relates to the high-density anti-scouring ceramic-based composite material prepared by using the method. According to the preparation method, the step of high-temperature trepanning treatment is added in the densification process of the matrix, and then the densified matrix is coated with the ultra-high-temperature ceramic coating, so the density and the temperature-resistant grade of the ceramic-based composite material are improved, and the anti-scouring and ablation-resistant properties of the material are further improved.
本发明涉及一种高致密抗冲刷陶瓷基复合材料及其制备方法。所述方法包括:在纤维预制体上形成碳界面层;高温石墨化处理;前期致密化处理;开孔处理;后期致密化处理;对经过致密化处理的复合材料上形成抗冲刷陶瓷涂层。本发明还涉及由所述方法制得的高致密抗冲刷陶瓷基复合材料。本发明通过在基体致密化过程中增加高温开孔处理步骤,然后在致密化基体上涂制超高温陶瓷涂层,从而提升了陶瓷基复合材料的致密度和耐温等级,进而提高了材料的抗冲刷和耐烧蚀性能。
