The assembly type foam concrete panel is of a plate body structure made of foam concrete, the foam concrete is made of cement, water and a foaming agent, the foam density is 45 kg/m < 3 >-50 kg/m < 3 >, and the dilution ratio of the foaming agent is 60 times. According to the method, land acquisition area is reduced, construction period is shortened, cost is saved, construction quality is improved, line shape is beautiful, and aesthetic feeling is enhanced.
