The invention discloses an urban fallen leaf garbage recycling device which comprises a collecting mechanism and a sweeping and sucking mechanism. The collecting mechanism comprises a device body, a moving groove and a storage groove are sequentially formed in the device body from top to bottom, a sliding plate is arranged at the position, above the moving groove, of the device body, a sliding frame is fixedly connected to one side of the sliding plate, and a blocking net is fixedly connected to the lower end of the sliding plate. A suction machine is fixedly installed on the side, away from the sliding frame, of the blocking net. The sweeping suction mechanism comprises a fixed fan-shaped toothed plate and a fixed box which are fixed to one side of the device body, the fixed box is located below the fixed fan-shaped toothed plate, a rotating shaft is vertically and rotationally connected into the fixed box through a bearing, and the upper end of the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the fixed fan-shaped toothed plate. The device replaces cleaning personnel to clean, sweep, suck and evenly spread into the storage groove within a certain width range, manpower resources are saved, and the cleaning efficiency is high.
