Double-layer waterproof curtain structure in ultra-deep underground space development and construction method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of urban underground space development, and particularly relates to a double-layer waterproof curtain structure in ultra-deep underground space development of a high-underground-water-level central urban area and a construction method of the double-layer waterproof curtain structure. A foundation pit support structure, an inner waterproof curtain and an outer waterproof curtain are sequentially arranged on the periphery of the foundation pit; the inner waterproof curtain is tightly attached to the foundation pit support structure; and a gap is formed between the inner waterproof curtain and the outer waterproof curtain. Firstly, it can be ensured that consolidation settlement of surrounding strata cannot be caused in the excavation and precipitation process of the foundation pit; under the condition that stress deformation of the foundation pit support structure and the supporting system is large, water pressure acting on the foundation pit support structure is reduced by pumping and reducing underground water between the double-layer waterproof curtains, and the water pressure can be used as a safety emergency reserve in the foundation pit implementation process; in addition, the double-layer waterproof curtain structure is adopted, the underground water level between the double-layer waterproof curtains can be properly reduced in the design process to optimize the foundation pit support structure and the section and reinforcing bars of the supporting system, and therefore the construction cost is saved.
本发明属于城市地下空间开发领域,尤其涉及高地下水位中心城区的超深地下空间开发中的双层止水帷幕结构及其施工方法。基坑的外围依次为基坑围护结构、内止水帷幕和外止水帷幕;内止水帷幕紧贴基坑围护结构设置;内止水帷幕和外止水帷幕之间设有间距。首先可以确保基坑的开挖降水过程不会引起周边地层发生固结沉降;在基坑围护结构和支撑体系受力变形较大的情况下,通过抽降双层止水帷幕间的地下水来减小作用于基坑围护结构上的水压力,可以作为基坑实施过程中的一项安全应急储备;此外,采用双层止水帷幕结构,设计过程中还可以通过适当考虑降低双层止水帷幕之间的地下水位来优化基坑围护结构和支撑体系的截面和配筋,从而节约工程造价。
