The structure comprises a panel assembly, reinforced soil and a pre-stressed anchor cable; the panel assembly comprises a foundation, a breast board and rib columns, wherein the breast board and the rib columns are arranged on the foundation; the reinforced soil comprises filling soil and a plurality of geogrids arranged from top to bottom, the space between the panel assembly and the slope surface is filled with the filling soil, one end of each geogrid is connected with the soil retaining plate, and the other end of each geogrid extends to the slope surface; the pre-stressed anchor cable is connected between the panel assembly and the slope, a free section in the middle of the pre-stressed anchor cable inclines downwards from the panel assembly to the slope at an inclination angle of 2-4 degrees and does not intersect with the geogrid, and pre-stress of the anchor cable is transmitted to filling lateral pressure through the rib columns and the breast boards; the pre-stressed anchor cables are introduced into the reinforced earth retaining wall of the mountain slope section, and the problem of differential settlement of a roadbed under the long-term load effect is solved.
