The invention discloses a high-protection flexible vertical anti-seepage system which comprises a plurality of locking column modules which are arranged at intervals, and each locking column module comprises a matching groove or a lock catch embedded part which is arranged in the length direction of the locking column module; an HDPE membrane group which comprises a first HDPE geomembrane and locking fasteners fixed at the two ends of the first HDPE geomembrane, and the locking fasteners are used for being connected to the matching grooves or the locking embedded parts; the two ends of the HDPE membrane group are respectively connected to the two adjacent locking column modules. According to the high-protection flexible vertical anti-seepage system, the depth of a bentonite slurry anti-seepage wall can be achieved, the bottleneck problem that the depth of a lower membrane of a current domestic HDPE geomembrane anti-seepage wall cannot exceed 30 m is substantially solved, and a choice which is high in safety, convenient to construct and high in reliability is provided for the field of HDPE geomembrane anti-seepage walls.
