The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment and particularly relates to an intelligent infectious disease sampling pavilion. The sampling pavilion comprises a sampling pavilion body, a negative pressure air draft device, an automatic sampling device and a sample conveying device, after a person to be sampled is sampled through the automatic sampling device, a sample conveying unit is started, a sample tube is conveyed into a clamping groove of a rotating table, the sample is placed in the sample tube through the automatic sampling device, and a sample cover sealing unit seals and covers the sample tube with the sample; the sample tubes subjected to cover sealing automatically fall onto the conveying plate due to blocking of the discharging rod, and after the sample tubes are conveyed to the box sealing unit through the conveying plate, the box sealing unit packages the multiple sample tubes containing samples into the storage box and conveys the storage box into the sample storage room, and therefore automatic sampling and automatic storage are completed; medical personnel are prevented from being in contact with the infectious disease patient so that safety of the medical personnel is protected.
