Problems that according to an existing power transmission frame, birds are prone to nesting, and cables are prone to aging due to unmanned overhaul are solved. A frame body is vertically installed on the ground, a plurality of connecting frames are sequentially installed on the upper portion of the frame body from top to bottom, each connecting frame comprises a shell, a first pulley, a second pulley, a third pulley, an arc-shaped top and a tensioning device, each shell is installed on the frame body, the longitudinal section of each shell is rectangular, an access hole is formed in the end face of each shell, the first pulley, the second pulley and the third pulley are sequentially arranged in the width direction of the shell from left to right, the first pulley and the third pulley are the same in height, the second pulley is lower than the first pulley and the third pulley, and an end of a wheel shaft of the second pulley penetrates through an access hole and slides up and down along the access hole; and a wheel shaft of the second pulley is connected with the upper portion of a tensioning device installed in the shell. The power transmission frame is used for power grid power transmission.
