The invention discloses an active and passive motion compensation trestle amplitude variation system which comprises a servo valve PS, a driving oil cylinder, a driving and driven oil cylinder, an energy accumulator and a high-pressure nitrogen cylinder set, wherein the driving oil cylinder is a single-action hydraulic cylinder, and an oil cavity of the driving oil cylinder is a cavity; the driving and driven oil cylinder is a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, a rod cavity thereof is a cavity b, and a rodless cavity thereof is a cavity c; the energy accumulator is arranged on the driving and driven oil cylinder, the oil end of the energy accumulator is connected with the cavity c of the driving and driven oil cylinder through using an isolating valve set, and the gas end of the energy accumulator is connected with the high-pressure nitrogen cylinder set; and the servo valve PS is used for controlling the driving oil cylinder and the driving and driven oil cylinder, and the servo valve PS is connected with a hydraulic energy accumulator set. The invention further discloses a trestle comprising the active and passive motion compensation trestle amplitude variation system. A three-cavity composite oil cylinder is replaced by the double hydraulic cylinders, and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
