The invention discloses a damping gearbox, a supporting rod and a vehicle. The damping gearbox comprises a shell which is internally provided with an accommodating cavity, a first planetary gear train which is arranged in the accommodating cavity and connected with the output end of a motor, a second planetary gear train which is arranged in the accommodating cavity and connected with the first planetary gear train and a screw, and a damping assembly which is arranged in the accommodating cavity and connected with the second planetary gear train, wherein the motor can drive the first planetary gear train and the second planetary gear train to rotate, and the screw is driven to rotate after being buffered by the damping assembly. By means of the structure, the first planetary gear train, the second planetary gear train and the damping assembly which are used for speed changing can be combined in the shell, the problem of screw switching or straight inserting does not need to be considered, the screw and the damping gearbox have better coaxiality, abnormal sound or abrasion cannot be generated, and the size and the fixed length of the damping gearbox can be reduced.
