Method for preparing coating material matting agent from perlite micro powder
The invention discloses a method for preparing a coating material matting agent from perlite micro powder, and relates to the technical field of matting agent manufacturing. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: selecting fine powder of a dust removal port of a mill, wherein the whiteness of the fine powder is greater than 82 degrees; carrying out dry-process first screening, wherein a rotary vibration screen with a screen mesh of 325 meshes is adopted for screening, and the diameter of the screened micro powder is smaller than 45 micrometers; carrying out wet-process refining, wherein slurry with a diameter of 45-25 microns is prepared from the micro powder through water and a grinding device; precipitating the slurry, separating water from the precipitated slurry, and retaining the precipitated part; dehydrating, drying and degreasing the precipitation part by using industrial alcohol; crushing the degreased precipitate part into powder by using an industrial crusher, and then drying the powder to obtain a finished product; and adding a finished product with the weight percentage of 5-30% into a coating material according to the extinction degree. According to the invention, the method has the advantages of obvious economic benefit, relatively simple preparation process, no need of adding auxiliary materials for modification or reaction, and convenience and simplicity in use; and the prepared coating material matting agent can achieve a semitransparent matte effect.
本发明公开了一种用珍珠岩微粉制涂料消光剂的方法,涉及消光剂制造技术领域,其制造方法包括选用磨机的除尘口的细粉,细粉白度大于82度;干法先筛:采用筛网为325目的旋振筛进行筛分,筛分出的微粉直径小于45um;湿法精制:将微粉通过水和研磨装置制成直径为45~25um的浆液;将浆液进行沉淀,分离沉淀后的浆液的水份,保留沉淀部分;随后将沉淀部分用工业酒精脱水、烘干、脱脂;将脱脂后的沉淀部分用工业破碎机打碎呈粉体,之后烘干粉体,即为成品;在涂料中根据消光程度添加重量百分比为5~30%的成品。本发明经济效益显著,制备过程相对简单,无需添加辅料进行改性或反应,使用时方便简单;制成的涂料消光剂能够起到半透明哑光效果。
