Magnesium oxychloride reinforced composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a magnesium oxychloride reinforced composite material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 160-180 parts of gypsum, 90-110 parts of magnesium oxide, 60-90 parts of magnesium chloride, 32-38 parts of a glass fiber reinforced material, 5-12 parts of filler, 5-8 parts of a modifier and 230-260 parts of water, wherein the filler comprises aluminum oxide powder and polyacrylonitrile fibers; and the modifier comprises a styrene-acrylic emulsion, a silane coupling agent and a polyurethane adhesive. The material has excellent physical and mechanical properties and water resistance, and a product prepared from the material has the characteristics of moisture resistance, water resistance, high strength, environment friendliness, low manufacturing cost, long service life, excellent heat preservation and sound insulation effects, light weight and the like.
