The invention discloses a plastic high-temperature ceramic sealing gasket for a steel ladle sliding nozzle. The raw material formula of the ceramic sealing gasket consists of an outer-layer raw material and an inner-layer raw material, wherein the inner-layer raw material comprises the following raw components in parts by weight: aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, magnesium aluminate spinel, silicon carbide, metal silicon, modified aluminum sol and an adhesive; and the outer-layer raw material is a graphite material. The ceramic sealing gasket has excellent plastic deformation performance, high-temperature use performance and processible performance, can generate irreversible plastic deformation to be filled between contact parts of a sliding plate and a sliding plate nozzle, and does not crack in the transportation and processing process; and a good combination body is formed between the sliding plate and the sliding plate nozzle under the local sintering action in the use process, so that the sealing performance is good, and the hidden danger of steel leakage at the part is solved.
