The invention provides an efficient channel cleanout system. The system comprises: a movable operation platform arranged in a riverway area where sludge needs to be cleaned; a movable cutter suction device which is mounted on the movable operation platform; a first-stage buffer reaction sedimentation tank which is used for receiving the sludge sucked by the movable cutter suction device through a conveying pump and outputting buffer sludge and sedimentation sludge through the conveying pump; a shallow ion air flotation machine which is used for receiving the buffered sludge through a delivery pump and outputting clarified water and scum; and a secondary buffer dosing tank which is used for receiving the settled sludge through a conveying pump and conveying the settled sludge to the screw type squeezing separator. The screw type squeezing separator outputs squeezing separation liquid and precipitated sludge, the squeezing separation liquid is output to the second-stage buffer dosing tank through the conveying pump, and the precipitated sludge is output to the first-stage buffer reaction precipitation tank through the conveying pump. According to the invention, efficient drying treatment of the sludge is realized, the completeness and the safety of sludge treatment are improved, and the transportation cost and the treatment cost of the sludge are reduced.
