The invention discloses a concrete prestressed laminated bottom plate. The bottom plate comprises a concrete bottom plate body and a truss, wherein longitudinal steel bars parallel to the length direction of the concrete bottom plate body are further arranged in the concrete bottom plate body, and the truss comprises an upper chord member parallel to the length direction of the concrete bottom plate body; first web members and second web members are arranged on the two opposite sides of the upper chord member respectively, top ends of the first web members and top ends of the second web members are fixedly connected with the upper chord member in a welded mode, and bottom ends of the first web members and the bottom ends of the second web members are embedded in a concrete bottom plate respectively. The bottom plate is characterized in that the first web members and the second web members are arranged to be of an inverted-V-shaped structure, two lower ends of the inverted-V-shaped structure are arranged to be of hook structures, the hook structure of the first web member and the hook structure of the second web member are oppositely arranged in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the hook structures and are fixed; u-shaped steel bars or N-shaped steel bars are arranged in the concrete bottom plate, and parallel bars of the U-shaped steel bars or the N-shaped steel bars are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the concrete bottom plate, penetrate through the inverted-V-shaped structures of the first web member and the second web member and are arranged on upper portions of the longitudinal steel bars. The bottom plate is advantaged in that construction efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
