The concrete column and beam prefabricated formwork comprises a stand column formwork, hanging pin locking rods, beam formwork brackets and beam formworks, wherein the stand column formwork is an L-shaped formwork; embedded hanging pins and/or hanging shaft grooves are formed in lower ends and upper ends of the two sides of stand column mold frames in a staggered mode correspondingly; a beam mould bracket is divided into a first beam mould bracket and a second beam mould bracket; lower ends of the first beam mold bracket and the second beam mold bracket can be connected with an upper end of the L-shaped stand column mold frame in a hanging manner by embedding a hanging pin or a hanging pin locking rod; a beam mold bracket part is provided with a beam mold support; and a clamp on the beam mold is hooped on the beam mold support. The concrete column and beam prefabricated formwork is advantaged in that construction of the concrete column and beam prefabricated formwork can be quickly completed, a worm and gear mechanism is twisted by using an electric or wrench tool, and the first beam formwork bracket and the second beam formwork bracket are locked and connected through an interlocking mechanism; concrete columns and beams are integrally poured so that a building structure is facilitated; the beam formwork brackets are overturned and detached, detaching difficulty is small, and the number of supports used by the beam formwork is reduced; after the formwork is detached, the formwork can be recycled and reused.
