The invention relates to the field of house buildings and particularly discloses a window or door capable of being opened inwards, outwards, leftwards and rightwards. The window or door comprises a telescopic device, a rotary stabilizing device, a sliding device, glass, a window frame or a door frame, an upper outer frame, a lower outer frame and a bending and expanding block, wherein the glass is installed in the quadrilateral window frame; an upper end of the telescopic device placed in the window frame or the door frame with the two vertical ends is connected with the rotary stabilizing device, the rotary stabilizing device is movably inserted into a groove of the upper outer frame, the other end of the telescopic device is connected with the sliding device, and the sliding device is inserted into a groove of the lower outer frame so that the window or the door can be opened or closed in an outward or inward or left-right sliding mode. The window or door is advantaged in that the window or door is simple in structure, novel in design, safe, practical, flexible and reliable, the window and the door can be opened inwards and outwards and can also be opened in a left-right sliding mode, the opened window can be freely pushed and pulled to any position, and glass, a window frame and other devices can be freely detached to be maintained or replaced when damaged.
