The equipment is used on a salvage ship and comprises a roller, end covers, a movable salvage piece, a cam, a driving piece, a motor and a scraper blade, a plurality of insertion holes are evenly formed in the side face of the roller in the axial direction and the circumferential direction, the end covers are installed at the two ends of the roller, and a plurality of open grooves are formed in the end covers in the circumferential direction; the movable fishing piece comprises a long strip plate and a plurality of fishing teeth, the long strip plate is arranged in the roller, the two ends of the long strip plate extend out of the end of the roller and are in sliding fit with the open grooves formed in the end covers, and therefore the fishing teeth of the movable fishing piece can extend out of the inserting holes or retract into the inserting holes. Garbage on the water surface can be taken up through the rotating salvage teeth, the salvage teeth are of a retractable structure, all the garbage is retained on the surface of the roller after retraction, and then complete cleaning can be achieved through the scraper, so that the excellent garbage treatment effect can be guaranteed, and the equipment is small in overall size, small in occupied area and beneficial to application and popularization.
