The invention provides a preparation method of rice hull ash, and belongs to the field of silicon dioxide materials. According to the method, firstly, the rice hulls are subjected to acidizing treatment and water washing, metal elements, phosphorus elements and acid radical ions in the rice hulls are remarkably reduced, conversion of rice hull ash into hydrated calcium silicate gel after the rice hull ash is doped into the concrete is facilitated, accordingly, various properties of the concrete are improved, the erosion effect of the acid radical ions on the concrete is avoided, then roasting is conducted to remove carbon, the silicon compound in the rice hull is converted into silicon dioxide, and then the silicon dioxide formed in the roasting process is prevented from being converted into a crystalline state from an amorphous state by rapid cooling, so that the content of the amorphous silicon dioxide in the rice hull ash is increased. In the rice hull ash prepared by the method, the content of amorphous silicon dioxide is as high as 93.5%, and the 28d compressive strength of rice hull ash concrete prepared by doping the amorphous silicon dioxide into concrete reaches 76.2 MPa.
本发明提供了一种稻壳灰的制备方法,属于二氧化硅材料领域。本发明首先对稻壳进行酸化处理和水洗,显著降低了稻壳中的金属元素、磷元素和酸根离子,有利于稻壳灰掺入混凝土后转化为水化硅酸钙凝胶,从而提高混凝土各项性能,避免酸根离子对混凝土造成的侵蚀作用,再进行焙烧,以去除炭,稻壳中硅的化合物转化为二氧化硅,再利用急速冷却,避免焙烧过程中形成的二氧化硅由非晶态转变为晶态,提高了稻壳灰中无定形二氧化硅的含量。利用本申请提供的方法制备的稻壳灰中,无定形二氧化硅的含量高达93.5%,将其掺入到混凝土中制备得到的稻壳灰混凝土,28d抗压强度达到76.2MPa。
