The invention discloses a calcareous material for autoclaved aerated concrete. The calcareous material comprises, by weight: 60-80 parts of calcareous sand, 3-8 parts of a calcareous additive, 2-5 parts of a calcareous water reducing agent and 2-6 parts of fibers. The invention discloses a calcareous material which can completely replace siliceous sand, improves the strength of concrete, and is particularly suitable for being used in positive pressure aerated concrete.
