The invention belongs to the technical field of grouting materials, and particularly relates to a subway segment lining grouting material, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 485-600 parts of cement, 230-330 parts of ground slag, 375-500 parts of high-aluminum clinker, 950-1120 parts of gravel, 50-70 parts of modified carbon fibers, 4-8 parts of a water reducing agent, 1.5-3 parts of a retarder, 20-40 parts of zinc sulfate, 60-80 parts of a polymer emulsion and 120-200 parts of water. According to the subway segment lining grouting material, fine aggregate in the grouting material is replaced with the high-aluminum clinker, and the corrosion resistance of subway segments can be remarkably improved; meanwhile, the ground slag and the modified carbon fibers are matched, so that the strength of the grouting material can be effectively improved; the bonding strength among all the components can be improved by adding the polymer emulsion; and all the substances cooperate with one another to improve the strength of subway segments and improve the corrosion resistance.
