Reinforcing method for additionally arranging prefabricated UHPC plates on back of arch leg of rigid frame arch bridge
The invention discloses a reinforcing method for additionally arranging prefabricated UHPC plates on the back of an arch leg of a rigid frame arch bridge, which comprises the following steps: 1) pouring is carried out in a mold according to a designed size and a plate division mode, and connecting pieces are pre-buried to obtain prefabricated UHPC plates; (2) concrete on the back surface of an arch leg of a rigid frame arch bridge to be reinforced is treated, and surface topsoil and a carbonized layer are removed; (3) drilling equipment is used for drilling the arch leg of the rigid frame arch bridge to be reinforced according to the designed bolt positions; (4) the prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete plates which are prefabricated in a factory and meets the design strength requirement are installed in place, the back of the arch leg is coated with a binding agent, and the prefabricated plates and the arch leg are fixed in a pressurization and bolt anchoring mode; and (5) the prefabricated plates are connected in the mode that adhesives are matched with bolts, so that the space between the plates as well as the plates and the original arch leg form a whole. By means of the connection mode of the prefabricated UHPC plates with the pre-embedded connecting pieces and the preformed holes, construction is easy and convenient, and connection is effective.
本发明公开了一种用于刚架拱桥的拱腿背部增设预制UHPC板的加固方法,包括以下步骤:1)按照设计的尺寸和板块划分方式在模具中浇筑,并预埋连接件,获得预制超高性能混凝土板;2)对待加固刚架拱桥的拱腿背部表面混凝土进行处理,去除表面浮土和碳化层;3)使用钻孔设备,根据设计的螺栓位置对待加固刚架拱桥的拱腿进行钻孔;4)将工厂预制好、满足设计强度要求预制超高性能混凝土板安装到位,并在拱腿背部涂粘结剂,采用加压和螺栓锚固方式将预制板与拱腿固定;5)预制板块之间连接采用粘结剂配合螺栓方式进行连接,使板块间、板块与原拱腿间形成一个整体。本发明通过预埋连接件和预留孔的预制UHPC板板块间连接方式,施工简便、连接有效。
