The invention discloses a disease treatment method for ultrahigh vertical reinforced soil embankment with panels. The method comprises the following steps of S1, carrying out early-stage investigation; S2, analyzing the construction condition of the diseased road section; S3, field rock-soil layer test analysis; S5, expansive rock-soil analysis, wherein expansive soil types and expansive foundation grade division are included; S6, obtaining values of rock-soil mechanical parameters; S7, disease cause mechanism analysis; S8, analyzing overall stability of the diseased roadbed; S9, designing a scheme, including an excavation project, a retaining structure installation project, a roadbed and pavement reinforcement and restoration project and a drainage restoration project; and S10, checking calculation of the retaining structure, wherein the checking calculation comprises overall stability checking calculation and internal force checking calculation of the reinforcing bar structure of the retaining structure. The method is advantaged in that the height of the retaining structure is increased through anchoring force provided by the anchor rods, disturbance to an original embankment is reduced in the construction process, a retaining system is rapidly formed, construction safety is improved, economic benefits are improved, durability of the structure in use is guaranteed, and effects of energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
