Upper mold trolley
The invention discloses an upper mold trolley, and relates to the technical field of buildings. Wherein the upper mold trolley comprises a bracket; a template assembly which comprises an upper template, a first side template and a second side template; a plurality of driving devices which are arranged on the bracket at intervals and are connected with the template assembly; and multiple distance measuring devices which are arranged on the support or the template assembly at intervals, and the multiple distance measuring devices are electrically connected with the multiple driving devices in a one-to-one correspondence mode. Parameters, such as rotating angles, of the first edge template in the rotating process are measured by the distance measuring devices, and the multiple distance measuring devices detect the rotating angles of different positions of the first edge template and the second edge template. The difference values between the measured corners are compared, and the corresponding driving devices are controlled according to the difference values, so that the synchronism of the first edge template and the second edge template in the driving process can be well ensured, and the deformation of the templates can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种上模台车,涉及建筑技术领域。其中,上模台车包括支架;模板组件,包括上模板、第一边模板和第二边模板;多个驱动装置,均间隔设置在支架上且与模板组件连接;多个测距装置,均间隔设置在支架或者模板组件上,多个测距装置与多个驱动装置一一对应电连接。第一边模板在转动过程中的参数由测距装置测量,例如转角,多个测距装置检测第一边模板和第二边模板不同位置的转角。通过比较测量到的转角之间的差值,根据差值控制对应的驱动装置,因此可以较好的保证第一边模板和第二边模板驱动过程中的同步性,能减少模板的变形。
