The invention discloses a device and method for preventing an upper-section pile from being ejected out in a pile bearing capacity self-balancing test. The device for preventing the upper-section pile from being ejected out in the pile bearing capacity self-balancing test. The device comprises a disc and an oil pump, wherein a pressure chamber, a telescopic hole, a piston and an inserting rod are arranged in the disc, and the oil pump communicates with the pressure chamber to supply oil to the pressure chamber; one end of the telescopic hole is formed in the side portion of the pressure chamber and communicated with the pressure chamber, the other end of the telescopic hole extends to an edge of the disc and is provided with an outlet, the piston is slidably installed in the telescopic hole and divides the telescopic hole into two cavities which are not communicated with each other, the piston is matched with the insertion rod, and the insertion rod is arranged in the cavity close to the outlet side; when the oil pump pressurizes, liquid in the pressure chamber pushes the piston to move, and the inserting rod arranged in the disc synchronously moves along the telescopic hole and is inserted into the soil layer. The device can prevent the upper-section pile from being ejected out in a pile bearing capacity self-balancing test.
