The invention discloses a sewage tunnel segment structure and relates to the field of sewage tunnel engineering. The segment structure comprises a shield segment body, conical connecting pieces and an insertion type connecting piece, wherein the conical connecting pieces are arranged at an upper end and a lower end of the side face of the shield segment body, longitudinal seams of the shield segment body are connected through the conical connecting pieces, and circular seams of the shield segment body are connected through the insertion type connecting piece; and a PVC sheet is pre-embedded in the inner wall of the shield segment. The segment structure is suitable for conveying sewage or other corrosive liquid in a large-section pipeline in a corrosive environment, the PVC sheets are pre-buried in the shield segment, and the conical connecting pieces and the insertion type connecting pieces are adopted between the segments, so hand hole plugging of the segments is eradicated, the welding number of the PVC sheets is reduced, welding seam working efficiency is improved, engineering investment is reduced, and the segment structure is suitable for large-section sewage pipeline discharge projects. The invention further relates to a construction method of the sewage tunnel segment structure.
