The invention discloses an assembly type shear wall abutted seam connecting structure capable of cooperatively resisting shear in a floor slab plane. The assembly type shear wall abutted seam connecting structure comprises an upper-layer assembly type shear wall with a reserved groove, an assembly type composite floor slab with reserved shear-resisting connecting steel bars, a lower-layer assembly type shear wall and an upper-layer assembly type shear wall plate-floor slab shear connecting piece. The invention further discloses a construction method of the assembly type shear wall abutted seam connecting structure capable of cooperatively resisting shear in the floor slab plane. Through the connection, the connection rigidity between the upper-layer fabricated shear wall and the lower-layer floor slab can be enhanced, so that the shear force transmission from the upper-layer fabricated shear wall to the lower-layer floor slab is increased, the shear force influence between the upper-layer fabricated shear wall and the lower-layer fabricated shear wall is reduced, and the anti-seismic property is improved.
