The invention relates to the technical field of curtain wall manufacturing, in particular to an energy-saving and heat-insulating building curtain wall structure which comprises a curtain wall body connected with a building, the curtain wall body is connected with a solar water heater, and the solar water heater is connected with the building; the solar water heater comprises a heat collector and a heat dissipation pipe, the heat collector converts solar energy into heat energy, the two ends of the heat collector are communicated with the two ends of the heat dissipation pipe, the heat dissipation pipe is filled with a heat transfer medium, and a part of the heat dissipation pipe is embedded in the curtain wall body; the heat dissipation pipe is connected with a wind power generation system, the wind power generation system is connected with a building, the wind power generation system comprises a main heating wire used for conducting electricity, and the main heating wire is embedded in the pipe wall of the heat dissipation pipe. Solar energy and wind energy are utilized, the heat preservation performance of the curtain wall can be improved, the using amount of heating and air conditioning systems is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.
