The invention discloses a fabricated modular floor slab system for island engineering. The fabricated modular floor slab system comprises segmental prestressed ultra-high-performance concrete beams (1), fabric reinforced ultra-high-performance concrete prefabricated slabs (2) and cast-in-place seawater and sea sand coral aggregate concrete layers (3). The system is characterized in that the segmental prestressed ultra-high performance concrete beam (1) is formed by butting prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete pipe joints (5) with one or more length moduli and longitudinal hole channels (4) in the span direction, and the length of the segmental prestressed ultra-high performance concrete beam (1) is adjusted by changing the length moduli, the number and different modulus combinations of the prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete pipe joints (5). The system has the advantages that the marine environment corrosion resistance is excellent, prefabrication construction can be adopted, the bearing capacity is high, island resources such as seawater and sea sand coral reefs can be utilized, and the like; and meanwhile, large-span beams are assembled based on small-size prefabricated parts, span adjustment is facilitated, and manufacturing and transportation are convenient.
本发明公开了一种岛礁工程装配式、模块化楼板体系,包括节段式预应力超高性能混凝土梁(1)、织物增强超高性能混凝土预制板(2)与现浇海水海砂珊瑚骨料混凝土层(3);其特征在于:所述节段式预应力超高性能混凝土梁(1)由一种或多种长度模数的带纵向孔道(4)的预制超高性能混凝土管节(5)沿跨度方向对接起来,其长度通过改变预制超高性能混凝土管节(5)的长度模数、数量及不同模数组合进行调整。本发明具有耐海洋环境腐蚀性能优异、可以采用预制施工、承载力高、可以利用海水、海砂珊瑚礁等岛礁资源等优势;同时,实现了基于小尺寸预制件来装配大跨度梁,且便于跨度调整,制作和运输方便。
