The device is advantaged in that the brush roller can be directly used for coating a surface of a wall or a plate with a heat preservation coating, continuous dipping of the coating is avoided, working intensity of people is reduced, working efficiency is improved, and coating waste and environmental pollution caused by the fact that the coating drips on the ground when the coating is dipped are avoided.
