The invention relates to building construction facilities, in particular to a cantilever frame device for building engineering construction. The device comprises a base, a shear fork lifting mechanism and a lifting operation table, a walking mechanism is arranged on the base, a supporting table is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the base, a rotating sleeve is arranged on the bottom face of the supporting table, a rotating table rotationally connected with the rotating sleeve is arranged in the rotating sleeve, and a rotating hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to the bottom face of the rotating table and penetrates through a bottom plate; a supporting plate below the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the rotary hydraulic cylinder; a shear fork lifting mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the supporting table and driven by a lifting driving mechanism, and a lifting operation table is arranged on the upper portion of the shear fork lifting mechanism. The supporting table is provided with a buffering stabilizing mechanism. The rotary driving mechanism rotates around the rotary table to enable the device to steer, so that the device can steer at any angle, and a worker can conveniently perform painting operation on wall surfaces with included angles.
